When you request a quote, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you provide it), the type of insurance you are interested in and any details you choose to share. When you discuss a policy with us, we may also collect information an insurer needs to prepare a quote, such as age, city, existing cover and vehicle or property details.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about your request, recommend suitable insurance options, share quotes, help with policy purchase, renewals and claims, and to keep our records as required by law.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with our advisors and, when you ask us to proceed, with the insurance companies needed to provide a quote or policy. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
If you send your enquiry through WhatsApp from this website, we create a private enquiry bill (an image of the details you entered) and a private link to it, so our advisor receives your request in full. These are stored securely, are not listed or indexed anywhere, and are deleted automatically after 180 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your details, or stop contacting you, at any time by calling 80563 62265 or emailing support@easybuypolicy.com.
